About the Role:

We are hiring a Regional Account Executive to join the supply acquisition team at Landing!

As a Regional Account Executive, your primary focus will be to grow the supply side of Landing’s rental marketplace through partnerships with professional rental operators. You will identify, engage, and close deals with SMB & enterprise property portfolios and sell them on listing with Landing. You will create meaningful relationships with local real estate owners and operators in your dedicated region in accordance with Landing’s overall supply acquisition strategy.

About the Team:

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving sales professionals who are focused on adding great supply to our platform for Landing members to book. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for property partners from contacted to closed.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
  • Form relationships with real estate operators in your territory
  • Build and manage pipeline through Landing’s CRM and optimize sales strategies
  • Balance email and phone outreach to support new and existing partnerships
  • Evangelize Landing’s value proposition to the prospective partners
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, member sales, and other internal stakeholders

What You Need:

  • Applicants should have 3+ years in sales experience across SDR, Account Executive, Enterprise Partnerships, or similar sales positions
  • Professional experience in Real Estate sales preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, ability to build relationships, effective time management, interest, and ability to execute in a full-cycle sales role
  • Motivation to perform and hit monthly and quarterly goals
  • Excellent relational skills- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and provide thorough customer service
